What is UV Curing?

UV curing uses high intensity ultraviolet lights to create a photochemical reaction to instantly cure adhesives, coatings, inks, varnishes, decorative glazes and lacquers. When the correct intensity of UV light is used, a chemical reaction occurs that produces a byproduct that hardens the resin.

Tesla Cure Services stocks all new UV Curing Systems for sale and provides after-sales service and upgrades for all of Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Warranty and repairs, rebuilds and upgrades are performed at our European Service Centre in Ireland. UV lamps are usually dispatched back to the distributors or customers within 24 hours.
